Pele, Hawaiian Goddess of the Volcano

Art print of the 'Goddess of Fire' of the Hawaiian people. Folklore has it that Pele dwells in the craters of the Big Island's Kilauea Volcano. She has been pouring streams of fiery lava down the mountainside and adding new land to the southeastern shore for centuries. The locals respect and fear her earth shaking powers, living in awe of her might.
