Here's a behind the scenes look at creating the poster: This one is Emek and I with our printer going over the mega huge separations and making sure all of the traps are tight.

1:00 am day of show.

The poster sans the black screen.
Jermaine, Steve and I checking the registration as the final color lays down.
"HAPPINESS IS A WARM PRESS"

After printing all night, the final product in our grubby lil hands.

6:30 am day of show.

The posters have been cut and boxed, burn-out is setting in major, just about to go home to get a couple hours of sleep before the hanging last minute stuff at the Showbox.

The marque at the Showbox day of show.
About to enter the club with the light saber of a poster. Jermaine is Lando Calrision.
Working the table getting our drink and art on.
Here's the rock shot dejour! Me, Kasia and Blue (my brother and bass player from The Fakes). Blue helped like crazy getting the posters on the wall with his 6'7 bad self. We truly owe him big as he almost single handedly took command and hung the majortiy of the show. Blue rules and the show the Fakes put on was amazing, they rocked the house!
Me and my Home Styles, Chris (from The Anathema Project) and Sly (formerly of Burmashave) frontin' all types of freaky attitude.
Jen working the merch table like mad. We seriously couldn't have done it without her and my Wife, Kasia.
Altering the minds of the youth.
The walls were filled to the brim.
I sold two of those big Peekaboo Palace posters.
Jermaine's stuff in the Green Room
More Green Room.

This one of my favorite pics from the show. This chick reeaaaaallly dug my poster and my friend, Ken, reeeaaaallly dug selling it to her.

Here's a killer shot that Jermaine took of Doug Martsch from the side of the stage. We were on opposite sides with our girls watching one of the best shows I've ever seen.

Anothert awesome shot by Jemaine.

Doug gave an amazing performance that was truly magical. Everyone was chill both nights and security told me that they have NEVER seen two nights where no one was ejected from the showroom. The artwork on the walls soothed the crowd.

Sooothed crowd, oooh, aaaah.
The place was packed.

Here we are with Doug Martsch after the show, his performance was truly moving. Jermaine's pulling some freaky Voodoo shit on all of you, don't look into his eyes. Damn....too late! You will dream of Teddy bears for the rest of your life.!!!!!
Metal from the state of Texas up in this mug!!!!!
Here we are signing the GIANT poster, getting our ink on.
Emek with LA/Seattle Artist Jet Setter, Scott Musgrove who turned out to give the support.
Here's a shot of E-Mack getting licked by a blondie. The infamous Sabrina Rockarena getting her freak zone on. Debauchery ensued.
E-Mack likey!!! Full rock in effect!
PNE in the hizhous!!! This was taken just around the corner from the Showbox heading for the Market to go get our drink and food on.
Here we are in the Green Room with none other than El Vez, who is in town performing at Teatro Zinzanni through fall. Very cool and nice guy, he played a major role in getting the La Luz De Jesus gallery in LA started back in the 80's.
Jermaine and I went with our wives to the coast after the show to decompress from the madness. Emek had to get back to LA days prior and was super bummed that he couldn't come with us. Here's a little toast we made to him in the sand.
I'd like to thank everyone who made this show happen, including Emek and Jermaine. We just had too much fun. Also, thanks to everyone who came out and gave the support and celebrated the art of rock posters with us on two incredible nights.
