Carmine Infantino

I got to meet the comics legend, Carmine Infantino, at the 2001 San Diego Comic Convention. He single handedly turned DC Comics into an empire as not only an amazing artist, reviving Batman and The Flash in the 60's and creating memorable characters like Bat-Girl and Deadman, but as the Art Director, Editor-in-chief, President and Publisher. No single man has ever contributed to comics as much as this guy. I was floored when he saw my porfolio and told me that he loved it. He really liked my style and said it was very original. How cool is that?
